It has been several months since RIP-IT and Ringor teamed up to bring you better products and services. We have interviewed customers and read reviews, so we wanted to celebrate some great news and address some things being discussed throughout our community.

Ringor Cleats, Spikes, and Turfs

Ringor Cleats, Spikes, and Turfs will remain the same high-quality, durable, and comfortable cleats that you have come to know and love. Ringor has been creating cleats for decades. Ringor’s newest cleat, the FLITE, has been on the market for over a year. The FLITE delivers industry-leading durability and comfort and we have no plans to change that. The people, processes, formulas, and manufacturing partners are still in place, making the shoes our community loves.

Recently, our executive team has been conducting interviews with new customers. We were shocked to hear stories like, before Ringor spikes, their players believed that their feet would always hurt when they played. Now that they wear Ringor, they have found that their feet don’t have to hurt! After reading reviews, and hearing testimonial after testimonial about Ringor’s products, it’s clear that we have the best softball cleats, spikes, and turf shoes in the game.

RIP-IT is not changing that!

Instead, RIP-IT has the opportunity to pursue its dreams of improving the athlete experience and creating more opportunities for women athletes. With your help, we launched The Next Season Ambassador Program, and we are excited to be sharing their stories and the exciting new cleat designs of these amazing women in the coming weeks.

RIP-IT Cleats and Spikes in Retailers

As of the writing of this blog, we are proud to share that over 95% of the original Ringor staff has stayed with the company through the acquisition. It was a top focus to retain the talented team members that help Ringor be great, and we are ecstatic that this joining of teams has been so seamless.

Those talented team members have helped to create the NEW RIP-IT softball cleats, which will be going into big-box retailers in Spring 2022. Ringor’s team members’ expertise, trusted materials, and consistent manufacturing performance led us to create the RIP-IT Women’s Softball Diamond Cleat that elevates what people can expect from cleats purchased in retail stores.

Service Levels and Turnaround Time

In closing, we would be remiss if we did not address overall service levels and turnaround times. And, to our community, we thank you for your patience. Acquisitions like this require companies to make a lot of changes. We consolidated all shipping operations from Oregon to Florida (and are excited that the warehouse staff is still with us!). We’ve moved all non-fulfillment-related roles within the company (both teams) to full-time remote positions. We integrated emails, phone lines, service providers, mailing addresses, website themes, and a list of other things that are just part of the process.

Throughout all of those changes, you, our community, have been patient and thoughtful with our team who is charged with meeting your needs. We know there have been instances where we didn’t meet your expectations, but we are aware of the implications and working on solutions. Our team is dedicated and will work tirelessly every day to make sure we meet your expectations, not only with quality products but in our fulfillment times and service levels, too.
