I bought the wrong cleat!

I live in Northern Montana and My Granddaughter plays in a Hi-Comp League in the Central Valley of California.. My Granddaughter sends me a link for the pitching toe steel cleats.. I bought the wrong shoe, I needed the molded cleat.. I called and Tom James handled my return with delicacy. After explaining the situation and the importance of the need, Mr James immediately FedEx’d the replacement cleats and issued the return label for the return!! Thank You for making my Granddaughter Smile! Sincerely Richard

They are very durable and hold up well. The spikes seem to wear fast but they are the best for both of my rough softball girls. We have reordered these 3 times now.

These are the best cleats around. My daughter is a pitcher and is on her 4th pair. Very durable shoe.

I have bought these for both my varsity level pitching daughters after they kept tearing through normal cleats. For the first time in 2 seasons we made it through a year without having to replace a set of cleats for the primary pitcher. We also use the turf shoes too for indoor.
